It has come to the attention of the committee that some member of this club may be passing on information that is not correct. Please note unless you are reading an official committee distribution of speaking to a committee member directly on the record you are likely to be miss-informed. To help clear up a few items please see below:
No team coaches have been appointed, after the last game of the previous season ALL teams are officially disbanded, all team selections will be at the discretion of the appointed coach and overseen by the committee.
No team managers have been appointed and this will not happen until coaches have been appointed and approved of managers.
No players are approved to play up a grade unless invited by the coach of the higher grade, approved by the coach of the player’s actual grade, and approved by the committee. Until coaches are appointed NO player has been approved to play up.
The LCC Saints anticipate fielding 8 teams again next year, Atoms, Pee Wees, Bantams, Midgets, Women’s and 3 senior teams. As with every year this is subject to numbers in each grade being sufficient to support a team. Should numbers allow a fourth senior team will be fielded.
